|Tech Talent Initiatives|
The Markle Foundation launched Skillful in March 2016 to use technology to connect and support job seekers, employers, and educators in a modern, digital labor market. By building a network of national and local partners and scalable technology tools, Skillful connects individuals to career and education opportunities and employers to a more qualified workforce. And education providers will be able to respond to employer needs and better help their students advance their careers. We continue to partner on increasing competency-based hiring, credentialing and assessment and curriculum alignment.
