2011 DEMOgala Demonstrators
DEMOgala Challenge Finalists - Congratulations!  Colorado Technology Association is honored that you are competing in the this year's DEMOgala Challenge.
Carefully read the following instructions.  Due to the high volume of logistics for this event, please note that it is difficult to respond to all email requests.  The following email should answer all your questions. 

QUICK STEPS TO TAKE BEFORE THE EVENT - please note the dates!

Registration. As a finalist, you receive two tickets for the participants in the DEMO Challenge at DEMOgala. Additional tickets can be purchased at:

You must register before 10.19.12 

Presentation Backup. Please bring your laptop and presentation. We will have a hard-line internet connection and a projection system connection on each stage. Have a copy of materials to be used for a back-up if a failure occurs. 

You will have only 4 mins and 30 secs on stage, so we cannot afford to have any technical difficulties.

Market you and your company's involvement at DEMOgala:  When you (or your marketing department) Tweet, remember to: Mention @ColoTechAsn and hash #DEMOgala and please forward your marketing staff's contact information for co-marketing information.

#Upon Arrival: Your name badge will NOT be at registration. Please check in with registration and let them know you are a speaker. They will direct you to the greenroom where your name badge will be located. Please check in with Tammy Fernandez,your day of speaker coordinator, in the Greenroom.

#Parking: There is parking and Valet available at the Sheraton Hotel

Current parking rates are as follows and all participants are responsible for their own parking:
Self-parking is $6.00 for each hour with a maximum/overnight rate of $24.00
Daily Valet up to 4 Hours $18.00 with Daily Valet 4-24 Hours $29.00

#The Schedule. (Click here for Greenroom times, locations, etc.)

Pitch Format. You will have exactly 4 minutes and 30 seconds to complete your DEMO.

Lights will dim and switch to opposite side of stage to move onto the next DEMO, so there will be stage left and stage right stations.

This is how we are able to move quickly from one to the next. Important: close your DEMO on stage by answering the question: "What are you going to do with the $25,000?"

Winner Announced. The winner will be announced between 4 pm and 5 pm.
