is founder and CEO of LJS Capital LLC, a Boulder-based investment banking firm,
and previously was an attorney at what is now the Hogan Lovells law firm,
specializing in merger, acquisition and corporate financing transactions.
Washington holds both a business finance bachelor’s degree and a law
degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
