Administaff Acquires OrgPlus(R) Small Business Product Line

acquisition of certain assets from HumanConcepts, a leading provider of
workforce decision support solutions. Administaff has acquired ownership
of the current OrgPlus software product line targeted at small and
medium-sized businesses as well as a source code license for a
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based version, which will be released later
this year. HumanConcepts will retain its enterprise solution suite and
continue to build on its momentum in that market. The terms of the
transaction were not disclosed; however, the acquisition costs and first
year operations are not material to Administaff's 2011 results.
