November 17, 2010 -- BOULDER—Microsoft has found a new Boulder home.
The software giant is moving downtown to 1900 15th Street and will occupy about 32,000 square feet, a spokeswoman with the company said. Microsoft Corporation (Nasdaq: MSFT) employs 112 people in its Boulder office, company spokeswoman Caitlin McCabe said. They are primarily assigned to projects related to Bing Maps, she said.
The company would not comment if the move will lead to more jobs or new products being developed in Boulder, McCabe said. She also would not say when the move is expected to happen. The local offices of the Redmond, Washington-based company currently are at a 26,000 square foot space at 1690 38th St.
