14 Colorado companies on ‘Inc. 500’ fastest-growing list - Denver Business Journal

Fourteen Colorado companies have made the latest “Inc. 500” list of the nation’s fastest-growing businesses — up from 12 in 2008 — with Internet conferencing firm Broadnet Teleservices of Highlands Ranch the state’s highest-ranking company at No. 54.

Inc. magazine’s annual ranking, released Wednesday, is based on the rate of each company’s revenue growth from 2005 through 2008, rather than total revenue, so it tends to favor smaller companies that have grown quickly.

It said the revenue of Broadnet Teleservices, founded in 2004, grew by 2,358 percent, from $315,321 in 2005 to $7.8 million in 2008. The company employs 22, Inc. says.

Broadnet Teleservices’ signature product, Teleforum, “enables customers to send voice invitations to thousands or millions of participants to live, interactive events,” Inc. said.
