DENVER — Aventeer announced today the launch of their open and free access to hundreds of thousands of profiles to help companies find and evaluate candidates based on skills, ranking and links to their social profiles.

Users can search freelancer profiles created by Aventeer members that include rate, availability, personality, sample work and more. Currently Aventeer has over 65 million people indexed in the U.S. and has identified and ranked over 300,000 Colorado-based technologists. Shortlisting features allow users to organize and group candidates, making the process to find the right talent even easier.

“We are committed to maximizing value for both local freelancers and the companies that need their skill,” said Aventeer CEO Josh Swihart, “allowing everyone to freely search and find local talent is a first step toward that objective.”

In addition to offering a free and open platform for finding candidates, Aventeer provides transparent, fee-based services including booking candidates through the platform and concierge services for shortlisting, scheduling interviews and screening candidates.
