Colorado Technology Association announces 2016 Board of Directors leadership

DENVER (April 12, 2016) – Colorado Technology Association (CTA) is pleased to announce its board leadership. Michael Marcotte, CEO of acumen Digital, leads the organization as 2016 Chairman of the Board, and 2017 Chair Elect is Kristin D. Russell, Director, Deloitte Consulting LLP and national leader of Deloitte Digital’s government strategy.

Michael has over 30 years of senior management experience in the technology industry in roles ranging from Global Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer for several Fortune 200 firms, as well as CEO of several notable software companies. Currently, Michael is the CEO of acumen digital, a company which operates as a software innovation lab for some of the most prominent cross-sector companies in the country. Kristin has more than 15 years of experience in leading large operations, services, and information technology (IT) organizations. Formerly, Kristin was appointed in 2011 to serve as the Secretary of Technology and Chief Information Officer for the state of Colorado, where she was responsible for all IT systems statewide.
