A Colorado urban winery located on the North side of Denver using Western slope grapes to produce excellent wines on par with those of other great wine producing regions of the world. Go with Malcolm Gladwell's brilliant blink theory that he wrote about so persuasively in his book, Blink. Let your adaptive unconscious do the work for you. When you taste a wine, you either like it or not and that is your analysis, made in the blink of an eye. Your adaptive unconscious is crying out to taste our wine.
