Ross Iverson is the president and CEO of the Vail Centre. Ross brings an endless energy to optimizing organizations. He understands what it means to start and grow a business, what it means to be a leader, what it means to turn a vision into reality. Ross began his career as a business owner who grew a small family venture into one of the Twin Cities’ most respected landscape architecture firms, earning its place on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies. Today, he drives the Vail Centre’s vision of creating unique learning experiences that build credentials, foster intellectual communities, and create impact around the globe. Ross attended the University of Colorado-Boulder Leeds School with an emphasis in finance and entrepreneurial studies.
Andrea Guendelman is the CEO of BeVisible.soy, a career-centered social network for Latinx millennials. After graduating from Harvard Law School and working at a nonprofit focused on Hispanic education and as a corporate lawyer in New York, Washington, D.C., and New Mexico, Andrea wanted to become a catalyst for inclusion in today’s workforce. She founded BeVisible to allow Latinos and Latinas to connect across the country with companies in technology and other sectors seeking new talent. This experience has given her insight into how companies successfully evaluate and recruit top talent and what attracts applicants to companies. Andrea also helps companies build their reputation as dynamic, diverse, and inclusive places to work. She works closely with college students and recent graduates to develop BeVisible’s network of more than 8,000 active users. BeVisible’s work has been profiled by Forbes, Elle, MSNBC, and Vibe Magazine.
Terry Morreale is the Associate Director & CTO of NCWIT. Terry's career began at U.S. WEST where she was the lead engineer of the original region-wide dial-up Internet access service and a subsequent DSL product. After U.S. WEST, Terry worked at the cable company MediaOne in Technology Intelligence, and then as an IT Strategy consultant for the Gartner Group. She worked in the leadership practice at Kalos Strategy Group and then joined AppliedTrust in 2005. Terry has also served on local nonprofit boards, including the Colorado Internet Cooperative Association and Social Venture Partners of Boulder County. She has a BS in computer science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a mediation certificate from CDR Associates and several technical IT certifications.
Nick Larche is the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development at EMS Software, the leading provider of meeting and room scheduling software. He has carved out a niche for himself in the Denver tech community, assisting small and mid-size companies with overhauling their recruitment and talent development programs. Nick is also the Founder of HR UndergroundX, a community of progressive People Ops practitioners seeking to redefine the HR industry here in Colorado.
Pattie Money is the Chief People Officer of SendGrid. Pattie has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience and has spent the past 15 years in the technology sector. As the Chief People Officer at SendGrid, she oversees the company’s greatest assets, our human resources. Prior to joining SendGrid, Pattie served as Chief People Officer at TubeMogul, a publicly traded global ad tech company in the Bay area and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Mercury Payment Systems, a payment technology company. Pattie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from University of Memphis and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development Degree from Villanova University.Katherine Erwin Assistant Vice Chancellor of HR, CU Boulder
Katherine Erwin is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to working in Human Resources she served as an attorney in the litigation division of University Counsel for five years before becoming a Title IX investigator and then Title IX officer for the Boulder campus. In 2015, Katherine became the deputy CHRO and in April 2016 was promoted to Associate Vice Chancellor and CHRO.
