Chris Laping, CIO, Red Robin
Chris Laping brings more than 18 years of experience in information technology to Red Robin. As Chief Information Officer, Chris oversees the information technology operations and leads the development and execution of the company’s technology and information management strategies. Prior to joining Red Robin, Chris worked at Statêra, Inc. as the Chief Information Officer and Principal where he managed business consulting engagements and oversaw the internal technology department. Before working as a consultant, Chris spent five years as a Vice President and Chief Information Officer for GMAC. Chris has received several awards for his work in the IT industry including being named as a ComputerWorld Premier 100 IT Leader in 2004 as well as receiving three InfoWorld 100 awards. Chris is originally from Jacksonville, FL. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems at Florida State University and his Master of Business Administration at the University of Florida. Chris has three children and in his spare time enjoys running, biking and music. Chris’ favorite burger is the Grilled Turkey Burger.

Dr. Carl Powell, CIO, Metropolitan State College of Denver
Dr. Carl Powell is the Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Metropolitan State College of Denver.  With over twenty-five years of experience in managing high-performing technology teams, Dr. Powell has proved himself to be an energetic leader, an excellent communicator, and an effective motivator.  Metropolitan State College of Denver is a comprehensive, public four-year institution serving more than 21,000 students pursuing bachelor degrees in over 50 majors.  Located in the heart of downtown Denver, along with two suburban satellite campuses, Metro State is one of the largest public four-year colleges in the country. Its outstanding faculty has a passion for teaching that blends theory and applied learning in a personalized, student-centered environment.

Kristin Russell, Vice President, Information Technology Operations, Sun Microsystems
Kristin Russell, Vice President of Sun's Information Technology Operations, is responsible for the provisioning of IT tools and services to Sun's extended enterprise, supporting over 30,000 Sun employees and partners around the globe. She joined Sun in 1997 and has found many opportunities to expand her leadership potential, most of those in Services. Before joining IT Operations, she was the Senior Director of the Americas Systems Technology Service Center, responsible for the remote services and escalation support of Sun's platforms and operating systems technologies across the U.S. and Canada. Kristin's career at Sun began as a Support Center Manager of hardware and network products, where she led the start-up of teams such as Engineering Response and Strategic Account Services, and then went on to be the Director of the Southwest Area. Before joining Sun, Kristin was at Citigroup, where she held various roles in services, sales, and training. Earlier, she was at Southern Pacific Transportation Lines where she did statistical process control analysis and quality performance management. She is a board member of CSIA-Colorado's Technology Association and speaks at many leadership and development conferences. Kristin has a degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, and is a graduate of the Colorado Executive Development in Residence program at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two daughters.
Diane Sharrock, IT Director, CH2M Hill
Diane is currently an IT Director for a large, engineering company based in Denver, Colorado – CH2M HILL.  She is truly a "global” professional.  After graduating from the University of Washington with a BA in Economics she ventured overseas, biking across Australia.  She began her professional career working and living in the outback, providing accounting and IT services at an abattoirs and casino for 3 years.  Upon returning to the US after extensive travel through Southeast Asia she began working with CH2M HILL in 1989.  In her 20 years with the company she had helped build a world class IT shop across their global business by building strategic plans, managing large IT project rollouts (Oracle HRMS, BackOffice, MS Exchange, Technical Help Desk, Disaster Recovery data center, etc.) and eventually helping to manage their global IT infrastructure and people.

Glenn Thompson, CIO, Collect America
Glenn Thompson is currently Chief Information Officer for Collect America.  In his current role at Collect America Glenn manages staffs of 400 including application developers, architects and operations personnel; mixed sourcing of employees, T&M consultants, fixed-price solution providers and off-shore developers and has led the due diligence effort for multiple acquisitions. He has previously served as Chief Technology Officer of Merrill Lynch's Retirement business; Chief Information Officer of AIG's Global Consumer Finance Group; and Chief Technology Officer of the American Stock Exchange. Glenn is also a musician and theater performer, living in Mendham, NJ and Denver, CO.

Susan Cheedle, District President, Robert Half Technology
Susan Cheedle is the District President of Robert Half Technology, overseeing the company's consulting and permanent placement operations throughout the central United States.  Cheedle began her career with Robert Half in 1993 as a staffing manager quickly moving through the ranks as a Business Development Director, Regional Vice President and Senior Regional Vice President. Experienced in recruitment, account management, financial management and project development, she is known for team building and a high commitment to client service.  Her reputation as a leader and her extensive network in the Denver business community enables her to provide clients with the highest caliber of professionals to successfully meet their business objectives.
Dan Reyero, Managing Director – Dallas, Protiviti
Dan is a Managing Director in the Dallas office with over 20 years of experience providing business and technology risk services to a variety of industries. His primary focus is on Technology Effectiveness with key focus on Security Services.  Dan has demonstrated his ability to assist C-levels with aligning IT to Business strategy, led clients through the "maze” of IT outsourcing, implemented controls to effectively secure client’s environment while containing costs, guided ERP selections and project implementation risk and helped clients understand and react to evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.
