This is the registration form for the Regional Tech Talent Forum being conducted on May 11th, 2016 in Frisco.
Technology jobs and companies are important to Colorado’s economy. In 2015 the technology sector alone contributed 11.5% to Colorado’s gross state product. Colorado boasts four of the top 10 cities for technology startups. Between 2014 and 2015, job postings for tech occupations increased by an astounding 14.4%. On average those jobs will pay 98% more than average wages in the private sector, making them some of the state’s top paying jobs across multiple industries.
Together we want to ensure we are doing our part to help your company thrive in Colorado. Listening to you speak about your company’s current and future skilled technology worker needs is of critical importance. We know you’re busy so we have crafted a tight agenda to be professionally facilitated and under two hours. It will be structured to ensure that you and other industry leaders can collectively prioritize skills, knowledge and abilities of an ideal workforce.
You can help us adequately and nimbly educate Coloradans to meet your needs in the IT industry. You can play an intrinsic part in shaping the IT industry in your region and in Colorado. The forum will also help create more effective career pathways information for job seekers and business led work based learning opportunities for students. These forums are important because our best work is done together.
Please accept our invitation to the Regional Tech Talent Forum this May 2016.
Thank you in advance for your contribution. Your commitment to your regional forum will help move your community and the State of Colorado forward, and will help provide accurate, at-scale education programs that ensure technology occupations and companies remain integral to our economy.
Lunch will be served.
