The 2016 Code Quest competition will be held on April 30, 2016 at various locations across Lockheed Martin. Registration begins Jan. 11, 2016 and closes April 7, 2016. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.  For more details, please visit the specific page for the location you wish to attend.

Code Quest is a computer programming competition consisting of 15 – 20 questions created by Lockheed Martin engineers and computer programmers. Teams of two to three students work together for 2.5 hours to answer the questions and complete theQuest.

Each year, teams are broken into two divisions: Novice and Advanced. Novice includes any student who has had no more than one school year of competing in programming contests and no more than one year of programming experience either in or out of a class. The winning team from each location will advance to compete in the national Code Quest competition and the team with the highest score will be awarded the national winner.

Coaches will determine if a student is novice or advanced, and a team with even one advanced student must be classified as advanced.
