Making Agile Work in a Traditional Software Development Environment
Are you going all in, or just getting your feet wet?

Agile is past the tipping point and has gone mainstream.  Today. not applying agile principles to current projects would be like not doing any kind of structured project management ten years ago.  The agile pioneers promote an all in approach, saying you have to do it all to get the full value.  That may be true, but nothing in the in the Agile Manifesto says how you must implement it.  This conference will focus on how to gain immediate benefit from an agile strategy, picking the the processes and methods appropriately for your organization.  The speakers are experienced at introducing agile techniques in traditional environments, taking an iterative approach by doing now what has benefit now and doing more later.
