Starting August 1st, all Colorado residents who are not U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents ("green card" holders) will only be eligible to receive a restricted driver's license or identification card. This change affects many non-immigrant visa holders and individuals with pending permanent residence applications. Join us on July 29th, 12-1pm MDT for a free teleconference to help employers and in-house attorneys understand the impact of this new law on their foreign national employees. Attorneys Emily J. Curray and Emily Assunta White will breakdown the key components of the new legislation, including: Who the law impacts; Procedures for applying for a license; and How to be heard on this issue. To register and receive instructions for accessing the free teleconference on July 29th, please email conference
