Engineers and technical professionals have unique ways of communicating that often rely on analytical data, and not on the "soft" or interpersonal skills necessary for effective communication. Yet, research has shown that these soft skills are critical for the long-term success of any technical career. Most spend years developing their technical expertise and little time mastering the skill of cummunication. In this fast- paced workshop, participants will learn proven techniques which will immediately improve their ability to communicate with collegues, managers, team members and customers. Each participant will: Discover his/her personal communication style and how it impacts the ability to communicate effectively - or not. Understand how to "read" other people to develop rapport. Learn how to choose the most effective language to reduce the misunderstandings. Practice various communication styles to achieve different results. The facilitator, Steve Cerri, combines two technical degrees along with an MBA and over twenty years of technical and business management experience to facilitate this highly recommended program. He has trained thousands of technical professionals to become confident communicators in any situation. Registration cost: By September 15th - $399, After September 15th - $499 To register: Online - visit, email - or phone - 720-231-4523 Register early to guarantee enrollment! Due to the interactive nature of this program, registration is limited to 24 people. Fee includes all training material. Lunch is not included. Visa, MC, AMEX or checks accepted.
