Software upgrades and implementations can be stressful for organizations. Without proper training, employees can feel unsupported and be less productive, and the IT investment may go to waste.

But transitions can also be an opportunity to encourage best practices, improve skills, and grow efficiencies. Proper training leads to higher user adoption, better morale, and a faster return on the software investment.

Join us June 29th at The Denver Chop House for lunch and a presentation on Software Transitions. We’ll discuss three specific scenarios:

Office 2003 to 2007 or 2010 Transition- The new interface in Office 2007 and Office 2010 is drastically different from previous versions. Basic users will struggle with the new ribbon, and advanced users need help finding all of their favorite tools. We’ll talk through customizing training to match computer aptitude and needs.

SharePoint 2007 or 2010- Implementing a collaboration system like SharePoint can help organizations be more creative, efficient, and productive, but without good training the portal can go to waste. In this presentation, we’ll discuss training every level of employee, from end user, to Team-Site Administrator, to IT professional.

Industry specific software launches- Creating good user adoption on new ERP, CRM, or other industry specific systems can be difficult, but given the importance of these packages, overcoming this challenge is very important. Training connects IT innovation with front line productivity.

The event is open to all IT, Human Resources, and Training professionals. Space is limited. Please register now.
