Moving to Agile:
The role of the BA and how to transition to a user story world

Sherry Cowart & Milissa Roberts, McKesson Corporation

Regardless of development methodology, it’s important to be true to the requirements process. We will discuss the role of the Business Analyst in the Agile world as well as outline a process for creating user stories from a use case perspective. Making the transition to Agile doesn’t mean your organization needs to start from scratch, and we will share ideas for leveraging existing documentation.
